1. Loading and uncoiling Function: Load metal coil materials (such as steel strips, galvanized sheets, stainless steel coils, etc.) onto the cutting rack by hydraulic or mechanical means and unfold them smoothly to feed materials for subsequent processes.

2 Levelling Function: This is a crucial step. Coil material can develop warping and internal stress during storage and transportation. The flattening machine, through multiple sets of interlaced straightening rollers, repeatedly bends the sheet to completely eliminate the internal stress and unevenness of the coil, ensuring that the sheet entering the processing area is absolutely flat.

3 Servo feeding Function: This is at the core of achieving "high speed" and "numerical control". Precision servo motors controlled by the numerical control system drive the feeding rollers, precisely stepping the sheet into the stamping and shearing zones at set lengths and speeds. The accuracy and speed of its feeding directly determine the machining accuracy and efficiency of the entire line.

4. Numerical control stamping/punching Function: This is one of the "brains" of the production line. During the intermittent pauses of the feeding mechanism, the high-speed CNC punch press (usually equipped with one or more punches) completes at the designated position of the sheet according to a pre-programmed sequence: Punching round holes, square holes, and irregular holes Grooving and stiffening (to increase the rigidity of the sheet) Embossing and tapping holes (for mounting components) Blinds stamping With an automatic die changing system, a variety of different shapes can be processed on one sheet, with extremely high flexibility.

5. Numerical control shearing Function: This is another "brain" of the production line. After punching is done, the precision shearing machine performs the final fixed-length shearing of the sheet according to program instructions. It can achieve: Fixed-length cutting: Cut a continuous sheet into finished sheets of the desired length. Trimming: Trim the sides of the sheet to ensure the width dimensions are precise. Slitting: Cut the wide coil material into multiple narrow plates.
