01Product Brief Introduction

  Fiber laser cutting machines use CNC systems that represent the most professional laser processing. Compact and modular, it meets users' demands for high-performance CNC systems at a good cost performance. Open system: A truly advanced open numerical control system that allows users to integrate third-party professional software or technology into the system. At the same time, a range of open tools are provided, allowing users to customize their personalized interface and the special functions they need at will.

  Laser coil cutters are specifically designed for non-stop continuous cutting of metal coils to produce large quantities of flat parts of specific shapes with extremely high efficiency. Its typical processing object and final product are similar to those of the laser platform cutting machine, but it focuses more on large quantities of relatively fixed shapes of parts: Standard parts for the electrical industry: such as silicon steel sheet stamping for motors (instead of traditional molds), electrical enclosures.

  Automotive parts: gaskets, brackets, seals, etc.   
       Hardware: A large number of standard gaskets, spring pieces, small structural parts.
       Home appliance industry: A large number of standard sheet metal parts inside air conditioners, washing machines, etc.

02Product Features

  • Continuous processing: Eliminates the time for loading, positioning, and clamping a single sheet, achieving a truly uninterrupted production of "coil in, part out". For large orders, the overall output efficiency is much higher than that of a single laser platform cutting machine.

  • Unlimited layout: Since the raw material is a continuous coil, the CNC nesting software can perform optimal layout on an infinitely long virtual sheet, minimizing the leftover material at the edges of the sheet. The material utilization rate is typically 5% to 10% higher than that of flat cutting, which is a huge cost saving for mass production.

  • Raw material costs: Purchasing coil materials directly is usually cheaper than purchasing pre- split sheets. Labor costs: Only 12 people are needed to monitor the entire line, with a high degree of automation, significantly reducing labor costs. Eliminating the uncoiling process: The intermediate step and cost of uncoiling the coil into sheet.

03Details

1. Feeding and uncoiling Function: Loading several tons of metal coil (the loading rack mentioned in the picture book has a load capacity of ≤8 tons) onto the uncoiler via a hydraulic or electric loading vehicle. The uncoiler smoothly unrolls the coil to prepare for continuous feeding.

2 Leveling (key process) Function: This is the core step to ensure the quality of the final cut. The inherent warpage and internal stress of the coil must be eliminated. The flattening machine, through multiple sets of high-precision straightening rollers (referred to as "multi-roller flattening machines" in the brochure), repeatedly bends the plastic deformation of the material to completely eliminate the yield internal stress of the material, ensuring that the sheet entering the cutting area achieves a mirror-like flatness. The leveling thickness range in the catalog is 0.3mm to 1.2mm (for coil carbon steel plates).

3. Servo feeding Function: Key to achieving continuous, high-precision cutting. Using servo roller feeding, the numerical control system precisely controls the rotation Angle and speed of the feeding roller to intermittently or continuously feed the leveled coil into the laser cutting zone. The maximum feeding speed mentioned in the brochure can reach <30m/min, ensuring a high beat for the entire line.

4 Fiber laser cutting Function: This is the "brain" and "executor" of the production line. During the intermittent or synchronous feeding of the material, the high-power fiber laser cutting head performs two- dimensional contour cutting on the moving sheet according to the preset program. It can perform all the functions of a laser platform cutting machine, such as punching, blanking and contour cutting. Because it is continuous production, the cutting paths and sequences are optimized to maximize material utilization and production efficiency.

5. Sorting and receiving Function: After cutting is completed, finished parts and scrap skeletons are transported out via the conveyor belt. Advanced production lines are equipped with automatic sorting systems (such as robots or blowers) to separate finished products from scrap and stack them automatically,achieving full line automation.
